Bread & Butter Experience

Bellacana Bread & Butter Experience starts with welcoming a taste of our Brut sparking wine to enjoy with your Truffle potato chips, followed by three wines pre-poured in a side-by-side comparative format. Focusing on our Alexander Valley Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from our estate vineyard- Wines accompanied by truffle potato chips, BurtonZ baguette, three artisan domestic kinds of butter Coppa salami, and Manchego cheese. Served on a small bamboo cutting board.

Bellacana Chocolate Experience features three wines pre-poured in a side-by-side comparative format, focusing on our Alexander Valley Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from our estate vineyard- wines accompanied by local artisan chocolatier Fleur Sauvage Chocolates.
